At STATIC NAILS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unopened items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
